I am compassionate, kind and caring.

My story of becoming a therapist was inspired by the people I have met along my journey in life, so far.

It is an honour to be able to meet so many individuals and be side by side with them through their own personal journeys.

My Story

I have always had a passion for helping others. My first career started within the NHS. I spent over 10 years working side by side with Occupational Therapists, supporting patients at a time when they are at their most vulnerable, medically and emotionally. I have experience working with Stroke survivers, amputees, people reaching the end of their life and many more with life altering conditions and illnesses.

Being a part of each patient's story of pain, resilience and strength provided me with the inspiration and motivation to train as a Psychotherapist.
